Elmbridge Extra - our Tenant Reward Scheme
 At
Elmbridge Housing Trust we believe that
it is very important to say ‘Thank You’
to our responsible residents (those who
keep their tenancy agreement with us). That is why we introduced Elmbridge
Extra – our Reward Scheme.
Joining
the Scheme
Joining the scheme is free. All that you
need to do is meet a number of conditions, and as a member you will be entitled
to a number of benefits.
To join the scheme you must:
ave
had a clear rent account for at least six consecutive weeks, or
if you are in arrears have
been paying a rent agreement for a minimum of twelve consecutive weeks.
If you are on housing benefit you can
still join the scheme. We take into account that housing benefit is paid
four weeks in arrears).
Not owe any other debts to the
Trust e.g. garage payments or rechargeable repairs, unless a payment plan
has been agreed and paid, for 12 consecutive weeks.
Have
no breaches of tenancy, for example for anti-social behaviour
Sign up to a Residents Charter
(This can be found on the reverse of the membership application form).
Please note:
Membership of the scheme may be suspended and benefits withdrawn if you fail to
pay your rent and/or any arrears, or if you breach the terms of your Tenancy
Agreement.
Benefits of the scheme
Holiday House
The Trust owns a holiday house in the seaside town of Bournemouth on the
south coast. As a member of the scheme you will be able to enter exclusive
competitions to win a week’s summer holiday in the self-catering house.
The house is also available to scheme members for short winter breaks.
Discount Card
All members receive a Countdown
discount card.
Competitions
Members can enter competitions to win special prizes like day trips, an
annual family pass to Thorpe Park, or food hampers.
Prize Draw
Starting in the Spring 2006 all
members will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win shopping vouchers.
