Your Tenancy
You have the right to occupy your home without interruption or interference from us until the end of this tenancy (except for the obligation to give access to our authorized employees or contractors) so long as you comply with the terms and conditions of the tenancy and have proper respect for the rights of other tenants and neighbours.
You have security of tenure as an assured tenant so long as you occupy the property as your only or principal home. We can end the tenancy only by obtaining a court order for possession of your home on one of the grounds listed in Schedule 2 of the Housing Act 1988 (as amended by the Housing Act 1996). The court will make an order only if we have served on you a written notice complying with the Housing Act 1988 (as amended) or the court considers it just and equitable to dispense with service of such a notice.
Further details of the grounds (reasons) which we can use to end the tenancy are set out in your Tenant's Handbook. If you require more information please
