Moving Home

This information is relevant to existing Elmbridge Housing Trust residents only. If you are not a Trust resident and would like to register your interest in a Trust home, please go to the page.

Transfer List
If you have lived in your property for more than one year and wish to move to a larger or smaller home you can apply to the Trust's Transfer List. The Transfer List works on a points scheme and points will be given depending on different factors - the age of your children, number of bedrooms etc.

Mutual Exchange
(For existing Elmbridge Housing Trust residents only.)
This enables you to exchange homes with another Elmbridge Housing Trust tenant. Please register on the Mutual Exchange List if this is of interest to you. This List is held at the Trust's head office in Walton on Thames. 

If you are a resident of Elmbridge Housing Trust and would like more information about Mutual Exchange please to complete the relevant form.

If you do not have the facility to print out this form, please to request a hard copy.

HomeSwapper is a new service which helps you swap your home with another tenant – a ‘mutual exchange. Elmbridge Housing Trust has partnered with HomeSwapper to provide the service free to our tenants.
